MobyFox products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. Our warranty for watch bands covers defects in materials; and workmanship of the adapter mechanism and the clasp/buckle. Our warranty does not cover material damage caused by normal wear and tear, nor does is cover any damages whatsoever to the watch to which the watch band is attached, and/or any other items that are not directly produced by MobyFox. Our warranty also excludes any damages due to the improper use, alteration, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, falls or collisions to our watch band or the attached watch.

Liability for Defects

Common defects to our watch band include issues with the adapter mechanism, and/or clasp/buckle failures. Defects do not include normal wear and tear. Defective products returned to MobyFox will be treated as if they were in perfect working order when they were shipped (all of our products are inspected when they are produced and packaged). As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Consumers’ Association. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights. 

Problems or Defects

We will replace a product if it is found to be either damaged or not working correctly when it is received ("dead on arrival"). The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We will reimburse you for return shipping (shipping method subject to approval by us). If we no longer have any more of the product in stock then a full refund will be provided.

If a product becomes faulty under normal use at some time after it is received then the product warranty applies.

1 Year Warranty

If you find a fault with your watch band for defects listed herein, we will provide you with a replacement product. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse in St Leonards NSW (2065), and we will be responsible for shipping you the replacement. Please contact us for instructions on how to return your product, and how to claim your replacement watch band.

In all the cases, a returned product will remain your responsibility until received by our team. Therefore, we recommend that you use a shipping method that allows you to securely track your shipment as we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.

Warranty in Australia

This warranty is offered by MobyFox (“Supplier”). In Australia, (“Supplier”) has appointed Try & Byte Group Pty Ltd (“Try and Byte”) as the authorised distributor.

Subject to ‘Exclusions and Limitations’, we warrant to you that if you purchase a (“Supplier”) product distributed by Try and Byte, or from any of our authorised resellers in Australia, that they will not contain defects which are a result of faulty manufacturer workmanship or materials. This warranty subsists for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we will not be liable for defects which are a result of damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control, any product which has not been maintained according to any care or maintenance instructions provided with the product, any alterations to a product which are not performed by us, or damage or defects caused to the product due to unusual or non-recommended use. We will not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or economic loss or damage or loss of profits whatsoever suffered by you or any other person resulting from any act or omission by us.

Our total liability in respect of this Warranty against Defects is limited, at our option to, the replacement of the goods.

This Warranty against Defects is provided in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have at law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
